It’s been a while since I have done an #SoSS post, so I thought it’d be time for another one. I am always happy to share my fellow sex bloggers and sex workers’ content, but I don’t always have the time to read other people’s blogs. Especially when life gets busy, that is one of the first things to go, frustratingly. However, Come 1 June, I will be embarking on a a 3 month long #SoSS journey, called Summer 100 Sex Bloggers Challenge. Sign up has now closed, but if you are really desperate to still join, please let me or Victoria know and I am sure we can still add you to the list.
I really enjoyed this article by Posy Churchgate on her masturbation fail. It’s so recognisable, I hate it when batteries die in the middle of a session and it always takes me out of my mood.
This article by Carly from Dildo or Dildon’t is very informative about a tilted uterus. She explains what a tilted uterus is, how you know whether you have one and what you can do to mitigate the effects. I particularly liked this:
At the end of the day, learning to work with your body, in all its unique glory, is invaluable to creating a happy sex life with maximum pleasure.
I really like this article by Aria on Your Heavenly Body. She has a very good point about how the medical establishment refuses to treat the mind and the body the same. As if your mind is not just as much part of your body as your physical elements for want of a better word. And this of course follows into sexuality where you can’t really separate the spiritual from the sexual.
And this article by Grace Latter doesn’t really have anything to do with sex, but I loved it. Especially since my husband and I have just started making more definite plans for an updated will (our current one is at least 8 years old and needs updating for British law) and we have just decided who will get our children when we die. We have told our kids too, and they reacted with delight and whoops of joy (before calming down and telling us they will – of course – be sad if we die).
That’s all for today. Please do check the #SoSS hashtag on Twitter for more amazing content that others have shared.
